Mark serves as a strategic advisor for investors, developers and occupiers of industrial space in the Central Los Angeles market. Mark is well versed in business and transactional contract negotiations for industrial asset leasing, disposition and acquisitions. He provides consultative services to help businesses navigate the details of relocation, competitive properties, market data, rental negotiation and TI options.
Mark is a Southern California native and Loyola High School alumni, growing up locally in the San Gabriel Valley. He lives in Sierra Madre with his wife and three children.
